NEUWAY PRACTICE AUDIT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the NeuWay Practice Audit workshop, course, replay, workbook, and participant community offered by NeuWay Academy, LLC (“NeuWay Academy”). By purchasing or accessing the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The NeuWay Practice Audit is a one-hour live educational workshop designed to help chiropractic practice owners identify a primary clinical, financial, or operational bottleneck and develop a focused 30-day improvement plan.

Your $27 registration includes:

• One live NeuWay Practice Audit workshop
• A fillable NeuWay Practice Audit Workbook
• Temporary access to the participant workshop community
• Access to the workshop recording and course materials for 30 days

The scheduled workshop date, time, time zone, and access instructions will be provided on the registration page and in your confirmation email.

  1. COURSE AND REPLAY ACCESS

Purchasers receive access to the NeuWay Practice Audit course materials and workshop replay for 30 days following the live workshop.

The replay will be uploaded as soon as reasonably practical after the workshop. Access automatically expires at the end of the 30-day period. Participants are responsible for reviewing the materials before access expires.

Course access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, copied, resold, or distributed except as specifically permitted under these terms.

  1. COMMUNITY ACCESS

Purchasers receive access to the NeuWay Practice Audit participant community for approximately 72 hours. Community access is intended to begin approximately 24 hours before the live workshop and end approximately 48 hours after the workshop.

NeuWay Academy may adjust the opening or closing time when reasonably necessary because of scheduling, technical, or operational circumstances.

Participants agree to communicate professionally, respect the privacy of others, and refrain from posting confidential patient information, protected health information, advertising, spam, abusive content, or material that violates another person’s rights.

NeuWay Academy may remove inappropriate content or revoke community access when necessary to protect participants or the integrity of the program.

  1. REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued for participant cancellations, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, or failure to use the available materials.

A purchaser who cannot attend may request a one-time transfer to a future NeuWay Practice Audit workshop. The transfer request must be received before the originally scheduled workshop begins. Transfer approval is subject to the availability of a future session and does not entitle the purchaser to a cash refund.

If NeuWay Academy cancels the workshop and does not provide a reasonable replacement date, the purchaser may choose either a transfer to a future session or a refund of the amount paid.

  1. SCHEDULING AND PROGRAM CHANGES

NeuWay Academy may change the workshop date, time, presenter, delivery platform, format, or supporting materials when reasonably necessary. Participants will be notified of material scheduling changes using the email address supplied during registration.

NeuWay Academy is not responsible for a participant’s failure to receive communications caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, email-provider problems, or failure to check messages.

  1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The NeuWay Practice Audit is provided solely for general educational and business-development purposes. It does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical, coding, compliance, or other individualized professional advice.

Participants remain solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any ideas discussed during the program and for complying with all laws, regulations, licensing standards, payer requirements, professional obligations, and workplace policies applicable to their practices.

Participants should consult qualified legal, accounting, compliance, or other professional advisers regarding their individual circumstances.

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

NeuWay Academy does not guarantee any particular clinical, financial, operational, marketing, revenue, reimbursement, patient-volume, or business result.

Individual results depend on numerous factors outside NeuWay Academy’s control, including the participant’s experience, decisions, implementation, market, staff, resources, payer environment, and applicable laws and regulations.

Testimonials, examples, case discussions, and projections are illustrative only and do not promise or guarantee similar outcomes.

  1. RECORDING AND PARTICIPATION

The live workshop may be recorded for replay and educational purposes. By participating with your camera or microphone enabled, posting in the chat, or otherwise contributing during the recorded session, you understand that your name, image, voice, comments, or screen display may appear in the recording.

Participants who do not wish to appear should keep their camera and microphone off, avoid displaying identifying information, and submit questions privately when that option is available.

Participants must not disclose patient names, images, records, protected health information, or other confidential information during the workshop or in the community.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All workshop presentations, recordings, videos, workbooks, downloads, graphics, methods, templates, written materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to NeuWay Academy and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for your own education and within your own practice.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, upload, publicly display, teach from, create derivative commercial products from, or provide the materials to another person or organization without prior written permission from NeuWay Academy.

  1. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

Participants are responsible for having a compatible device, reliable internet access, a current web browser, and any software required to access Kajabi or the live workshop platform.

NeuWay Academy will make reasonable efforts to address technical problems under its control but is not responsible for interruptions caused by a participant’s equipment, internet connection, email provider, browser settings, third-party platform, or other circumstances outside NeuWay Academy’s reasonable control.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuWay Academy, LLC, its owners, presenters, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in or inability to access the program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuWay Academy’s total liability relating to the NeuWay Practice Audit will not exceed the amount the participant paid for the program.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the program will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Michigan unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process.

  1. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By checking the acceptance box at checkout, completing the purchase, or accessing the program, you consent to electronic contracting and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
